What's your favorite type of food or cuisine?

You know I love trying different foods from around the world But Personally I'm a huge fan of Asian, Arabian, chinese and talian cuisine.
Do you prefer sticking to familiar flavors or do you like experimenting with new cuisines?

I have a particular fondness for Southeast Asian food. Japanese, Indian, (authentic) Chinese. I think my favorite dish, from Japan is the Hibachi, (I know, that's technically a stove), but it's also a named dish consisting of green squash, onion, carrots, I think brocolli, and usually steak that's all cooked on top of a flat grill, usually served with rice.

I'm very open minded when it comes to food, whether American (my home nation) or international. However, though, like music, there's good and bad, depending on how it's made.
